Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship most items via USPS Priority, USPS Bulk & UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is also available from USPS and UPS.  We reserve the right to choose the shipping option on all orders qualifying for FREE SHIPPING.

TRACKING ORDERS
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped if shipped via UPS, expedited or USPS Priority. No tracking is available with USPS bulk or media mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.  On occasion, additional fees may apply for international shipping. 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders that are in-stock are processed within 1-3 business days, except during peak seasons (such as Oktoberfest & Christmas) when it may take up to 5 days. Processing time does not include shipping time. A safe rule of thumb is to expect to receive your package within 6-15 business days from time of order depending on your location and the items being ordered though often times it is much quicker. The United States Post Service delivers on Saturdays in certain locations. We do not offer Saturday Delivery through UPS. Please keep this in mind when forecasting shipment timeframes.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS SHIPPING TIME- Custom items will take longer depending on the item and time of year. Our personalized whiskey barrels and home bar signs can take UP TO 4 WEEKS DURING PEAK SEASON!

BACKORDERED ITEMS
Oktoberfest Depot makes every effort to maintain and update inventory daily but due to the nature of such specialty items and imported products, it is inevitable that there will be occasions when items are backordered. Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss options.

DELIVERY CARRIER MISTAKES
While USPS and UPS are very reliable, mistakes on their part do occasionally happen. Oktoberfest Depot is not responsible for these mistakes, since we have no control over these companies.

DELIVERY CARRIER GUARANTEES
UPS guarantees timely delivery for 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services, except during the busy seasons (such as Christmas, Easter, etc...). USPS does not guarantee timely delivery for Priority Mail, First Class, or Media Mail shipments though they do tend to be reliable and fairly predictable.

WRONG SHIPMENT ADDRESS, STOLEN & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If USPS or UPS fail to deliver a package because the address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent. Packages are sometimes left by the carrier on a doorstep if no one is home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to secure the package. If the package is stolen, Oktoberfest Depot will not be held responsible, and will not replace the package. If a package we sent is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent.

RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns and/or exchanges on all items within thirty (30) days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service department at custservice@oktoberfestdepot.com, or by calling 1-866-930-7030. All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable. All shipping fees for returns will be paid for by the customer, unless we shipped you the wrong item, or the item is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. Some items are exempt from being returned. Please contact us if you have a question about whether your item is eligible for return or exchange. ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEM
Please notify us of a damaged item (due to mishandled shipping) within ten (10) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us first. We will address this with our shipping provider. We will replace the item as soon as possible when something arrives damaged. It's important to keep all of your original packaging if an item arrives broken. Occasionally, due to supply issues, we might not be able to replace a defective item. If this happens, you can exchange the item for another item of equivalent value.

WRONG ITEM SENT
While we are extremely careful, on rare occasions the wrong item may be sent to a customer. If this happens, please contact customer service at custservice@oktoberfestdepot.com or call 1-866-930-7030 within ten (10) days of receipt.

NO REPLACEMENT ITEM AVAILABLE
Occasionally, due to supply issues, we might not be able to replace your defective item. If this happens, you can exchange the item for another item of equivalent value.

HANDLING OF REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at custservice@oktoberfestdepot.com.

CLEARANCE ITEMS (if applicable)
Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Please contact us first before returning any item! Once contact has been made with Oktoberfest Depot, you will send you package to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was received damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
