The Blackwing 200 is a tribute to coffeehouses and the creative culture they help cultivate. This metallic copper pencil was inspired by the copper roasting machines found in coffeehouses in the '50s and '60s, a time when the Beat Generation gathered in cafes to recite poetry and exchange ideas. The number 200 is a reference to the temperature at which coffee beans are roasted.
